Strelia is seeking a talented Associate to join our stand-alone Employment & Benefits Practice in Brussels
Your profile
We are looking for a dynamic and driven professional who meets the following criteria:
You have 3 to 5 years of experience in employment and benefits law at a business law firm
You hold a master’s degree in law from a
Belgian University
with strong academic results. An LL.M. in Social Law is a strong plus.
Native-level Dutch skills or Native-level French skills required with excellent command of English. Good knowledge of the other national language (French or Dutch) is a distinct advantage.
Key skills and attributes:
Excellent legal drafting skills High attention to detail and strong analytical skills Pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills Enthusiastic about contributing to firm and team development and client outreach initiatives.
