This is an event DELIVERY and EXECUTION position with 8 years of current or previous PL responsibility. /b /p p--------- /p pMy client is a disrupter in the Events Congress/Corporate Events platform for Life Sciences other industries. /p pWe are looking for a dynamic and experienced Events VP of Services Production to join our team and drive the success of our professional services division. We are looking for someone with deep Event Corporate Events experience with ideally startup and large companies experience. A good knowledge of the Life Sciences/ Pharmaceuticals preferred /p pLocation: Europe - Remote. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead and develop the Professional Services team to ensure the successful implementation and support of my clients SaaS Engagement management software products. /li liEstablish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. /li liDevelop and execute strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive client success. /li liOversee project management, implementation, and support services to ensure high-quality delivery and client satisfaction. /li liCollaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and product offerings. /li liIdentify training needs for Professional Services resources and coordinate the development of new training content. /li liEnsure consistent use of implementation methodologies and best practices. /li liMaintain reporting on capacity, implementation work, and resource constraints. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMinimum of 15 years of experience in the Events / Corporate Events /li liMinimum 8 years of full PL responsibility. /li liMinimum of 15 years of experience managing a high-performing Professional Services team in a SaaS product or services company. /li liRecent experience within the last 3 employments within a start-up or medium (less than 300 FTE size SaaS software company). /li liProven track record of successfully delivering and produce complex events /li liStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence at all levels. /li liExcellent client relationship management skills and the ability to execute implementation plans that lead to rapid, successful go-live. /li liHands-on program management experience of large, complex events,/congresses if possible software implementation projects. /li liAbility to analyze data to identify potential issues and mitigate risks. /li liProven ability to coach and mentor team members. /li liMaster’s Degree, Business, or a related field is preferred. /li liEnglish another European language a plus. /li /ul pPlease send your updated resume to : We will contact you to further discuss the job in detail. /p pbPLEASE NOTE: ONLY EU/EEA COUNTRIES PERMANENT RESIDENT WILL BE CONSIDERED.
