pWe are looking for a passionate team player with proven experience in leading software engineering and product initiatives at fast-moving, entrepreneurial companies. /ppTwikit is looking for a bHead of Software /b who combines product leadership, solution thinking andb hands-on engineering /b. You will join a vibrant company with an entrepreneurial team that works for global A-brands. Your focus will be on accelerating the transition towards a 3D CPQ product proposition, defining the technical direction of our platform, and coaching a team of multidisciplinary developers. When needed, you are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and write code yourself. /ppYou ensure TwikBot, our 3D configurator and CPQ platform, evolves with a clear architecture, predictable delivery, and high engineering standards. /ppYou define how TwikBot interacts with the customer’s digital ecosystem, aligning data flows, integration points, and system boundaries with e-commerce platforms, ERP/CRM systems, and manufacturing processes. You collaborate closely with engineering, product, and customer teams to translate customer- and product requirements into clear technical specifications and roadmap items. Together with the leadership team, you turn the company’s strategy and vision to become a leader in 3D CPQ into an action-driven roadmap.
