Your Key Responsibilities
Go‑to‑Market RDQ Execution
Support the RDQ Manager with the on‑time and in‑full delivery of RDQ activities for market introductions and portfolio programmes.
Ensure regulatory and technical checks across artwork, labelling and product documentation.
Conduct research, verify compliance and provide accurate technical inputs.
Support commercial teams with knowledge‑based contributions when required.
Local Portfolio & RDQ Projects
Contribute to local RDQ projects, including innovation, renovation and quality improvement initiatives.
Assist in preparing and maintaining technical documentation and specifications.
Participate actively in project planning, execution, and post‑launch quality monitoring.
Product Quality, Complaints & Incident Support
Monitor product quality performance in the market.
Track and analyse consumer complaints, contributing to clear root‑cause investigations.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues and support quality improvement plans.
Regulatory & Technical Compliance
Support regulatory checks relating to artwork, labelling and local compliance requirements.
Assist with updates and maintenance of product specifications and related documentation.
RDQ & Food Culture Advocacy
Contribute to internal sensory panels and technical engagement sessions.
Share insights from local technical trends and regulatory developments with RDQ teams.
Promote Nomad Foods’ food values and quality culture across the Belgian cluster.
Your Ingredients for Success
Degree in a technical field (Food Science, Agronomy, Nutrition, Microbiology, Chemistry, Engineering, etc.).
Between 2 to 5 years’ experience
in Quality, Technical or Product Development roles within the food industry (FMCG experience is highly valued).
Proven track record supporting product development, quality improvement or technical programme coordination.
Strong knowledge of food regulations, labelling requirements and quality systems.
Solid analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to manage several projects independently.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Proficiency in Dutch is required.
This is essential to keep the team balanced and to ensure seamless communication within the RDQ department, where projects and documentation frequently involve both Dutch and French.
Business‑level English – mandatory and non‑negotiable.
