Role We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead the fit-out phase of a data center project in Mons. You will oversee all on-site activities, with a strong focus on MEP installation, safety, programme delivery, and quality control. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day site operations during fit-out. Oversee MEP works (electrical, HVAC, UPS, generators, fire systems). Drive programme delivery and manage subcontractors. Ensure compliance with Belgian HSE regulations. Coordinate with client, consultants, and commissioning teams. Manage QA/QC and handover documentation. Requirements ~8+ years’ construction management experience. ~ Proven delivery of data center or mission-critical projects. ~ Strong MEP knowledge. ~ Experience managing large subcontractor teams. ~ Fluent English; French preferred. ~ EU work authorization.
