Site Supervisor

Job Overview

The Site Supervisor ensures efficient and effective execution of the on-site project scope, in line with the company's QSHE standards and project management methodology.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure safe site execution in line with QSHE standards and local regulations.
• Prepare and coordinate site activities, including mobilization of labor and equipment.
• Supervise subcontractors and assembly teams to ensure quality and schedule compliance.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks or deviations, and escalate when needed.
• Manage site administration, cost follow-up, reporting, permits, and documentation.

Key Requirements

• Experience in on-site supervision within industrial or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and site compliance practices.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Good understanding of project planning, budgeting, and cost control.
• Strong organizational skills with clear communication and reporting abilities.

Compensation: €60–70K gross per year (depending on experience), company car, fuel card, net allowances, travel allowances, phone and subscription, meal vouchers, group- and hospitality insurance, CAO 90 Bonus, laptop.
