ppAs a bFreelance Microsoft 365 Consultant /b at AmeXio, you'll be part of a strong team of experienced consultants. You'll be responsible for providing technical expertise to design and deliver solutions within the Microsoft 365 landscape, always ensuring agreed scope, budget, timelines and quality standards are met. You'll define clear technical structures, critically assess implementation options, and play a key role in both internal project communication and acting as a technical point of contact for the client's day-to-day questions. /p h3Job description /h3 ul libUnderstanding Client Needs /b: Identifying the real needs behind client requests and ensuring solutions meet both client requirements and Microsoft 365 best practices. /li libCommunication /b: Ensuring clients and project teams clearly understand the proposed solutions and remain up to date on design and project progress. /li libDeveloping Innovative Solutions /b: Designing and delivering modern solutions that meet client needs and add value to their organisation. /li libQuality Focus /b: Applying standards and best practices to continuously raise project quality. /li libInformation Architecture /b: Designing, configuring and documenting the information architecture (including content types, metadata, roles and permissions). /li libCollaboration /b: Actively supporting the team and clients to identify and resolve challenges as they arise. /li libRisk Management /b: Proactively identifying and escalating risks such as scope creep, technical challenges or other potential issues to the project manager. /li libConstructive Communication /b: Engaging with clients in a professional, constructive way to ensure their requirements are fully understood and addressed. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liAt least 6 years' experience in a similar role. /li liExpertise in bSharePoint /b. /li liSolid knowledge of bAzure /b, bPower Platform /b and other Microsoft 365 technologies. /li liExcellent communication skills and strong attention to detail. /li liCustomer-focused with strong analytical skills — able to lead workshops and clearly document outcomes. /li liA strong team player who enjoys sharing knowledge with colleagues. /li liFluent in both bDutch /b and bEnglish /b. /li liExperience with development in bPowerShell /b and bSPFx /b. /li liExperience with intranet solutions such as bPowell /b and/or bPurview /b would be an advantage. /li liExperience with development in b.NET /b or bFME /b would also be a plus. /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 ul liWork alongside a team of talented AmeXians on exciting projects for and with clients. /li liEnjoy flexible working options, including hybrid working, flexible hours, and part-time opportunities. /li /ul h3About us /h3 pAs experts in Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Customer Experience Management (CXM), and all things content-driven, we help organizations streamline their operations and deliver top‑notch content science experiences.
