Senior Piping & Process Engineer

Senior Piping & Process Engineer - Belgium, Antwerp - 10 Months Initial Contract Do you want to work with a world leader in material technology? This opportunity is currently available to a Senior Piping & Process Engineer to support our clients growing portfolio of projects globally across material science, chemistry and metallurgy. What You'll Do Design the installation from concept, through basic engineering until detailed engineering and execution, processing all input from stakeholders; sometimes managing external engineering firms. Conduct technical discussions with suppliers (preparing technical specifications, price inquiries, orders, and tracking deliveries). Estimate costs and create a schedule in consultation with the project manager, monitoring these during execution. Coordinate execution works and general site activities, keep and resolve a punch list until the project is fully completed. What you’ll need A bachelor's degree with a specialisation in electromechanics or mechanical engineering. Strong knowledge of pumps, piping (both calculations and design), and thermodynamics.
