The role calls for a motivated and skilled Dynamics 365 FO Functional Consultant to be a part of a dynamic D365 consultancy services team. /p pJob Location: Silema, Malta /p pWork Type: Hybrid /p pJob Type: Full-time, Permanent /p pWorking Hours: GMT +1 /p pSalary: Base + Benefits (Paid in Euros €) /p pRelocation: VISA Relocation Package Included /p h3Requirements /h3 ul liIdeally Educated to degree level /li liIdeally Microsoft Dynamics certifications such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Core Finance and Operations and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and or Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate /li liAt least 6 years’ experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance Operations (D365FO) or 5 end to end implementation projects /li liExposure to presales activities would be an added value /li liConducting functional interviews /li liMentoring juniors /li liSome technical knowledge would be considered as an asset. /li liRSAT knowledge would be considered as an asset. /li liPrepared to travel on frequent basis /li liExperience/Knowledge about ERP implementation methodologies and have strong analytical acumen /li liExperience on operating in Shared Services or nearshore teams is an added asset /li liAbility to perform under minimal supervision and perform in changing environments /li liExcellent written and verbal English language skills. Additional fluency in one or more of the following languages is preferred: /li liFrench /li liSpanish /li liGerman /li liItalian /li liExperience with (D365FO) interfaces and Integrations /li liGood understanding of industry processes, principles, functionality systems for their chosen specialism /li liBeneficial to have experience of LCS and Azure DevOps /li liGood MS Office skills (primarily Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Visio is a plus) /li liExperience with Business Intelligence (BI) a plus /li liExperience in consulting and very good presentation skills /li /ul h3Responsibilities /h3 pThe D365 Finance Operations Functional Consultant will: /p ul liShow expertise in any or several of the following D365FO functional areas: /li liFinance /li liProject Operations /li liWarehouse /li liField Service /li liDelivery of D365 FO end-to-end implementation projects including design, configuration, testing, training, cutover, post go-live support reporting /li liWork with onsite engagement team client team to gather requirements, determine expectations finalise deliverables /li liEnsure quality project delivery of deliverables produced and demonstrate experience in system and functional testing /li liDemonstrate excellent foundational consulting skills, including analytical knowhow, written verbal communication team participation. /li liInvolvement with D365FO interfaces and Integrations /li liAbility to gather and document functional requirements and complete gap/fit analysis /li liDemonstrate Awareness of scope (creep) and use of change control /li liLeading the solution on a work stream, making design decisions and creating solution documentation /li liDelivery of end-user training to clients and colleagues /li liProvide on-site support and assistance throughout delivery and go-live phases of project /li liOccasional involvement in responding to RFPs and RFQs would be beneficial /li liIdentify practice development activities and help in defining how these will be delivered /li liCarry out additional duties as may occur from time to time as instructed and agreed by Directors /li liEnsure timely completion of internal processes and mandatory training /li liRepresent our clients MBS in a professional and positive manner at all times /li liHave awareness of product roadmap and the content of future releases of D365FO /li liDemonstrate awareness around upselling and company capabilities /li liThe Employee is required to follow our clients Information Security Policies (ISP and ISMP) at all times. /li /ul h3Microsoft Business Solutions Overview /h3 pAt our client, your long-term future is every bit as important to them as it is to you.
