Quality Control Supervisor

You will work as a MindCapture consultant for an international market leader in the pharma industry.

Job Description:

• Responsible for leading multiple QC teams while ensuring quality, efficiency, compliance across QC operations
• Plan, organise, coordinate plus follow up daily QC activities
• Ensure adherence to GMP, safety procedures, quality procedures
• Lead method transfers, verifications, validations within QC scope
• Support OOS investigations, OOT investigations, deviations, CAPAs, change controls
• Collaborate closely with QA, production, supply chain plus other stakeholders
• Act as QC representative during audits plus health authority inspections
• Identify plus implement continuous improvements within QC Operations
• Serve as primary QC point of contact for customers plus external partners

Requirements:

• Master degree in pharmacy, chemistry, biochemistry or related field
• Minimum 5 years experience in Quality Control within a GMP environment
• First work experience in a leadership position with proven team management
• Strong hands on experience with HPLC
• Solid GMP knowledge plus experience working to GMP standards
• Experience with ICH guidelines plus analytical quality processes
• Experience with inspections by authorities such as EMA, FDA or national agencies
• Decisive, resilient under pressure, strong prioritisation skills
• Fluent in Dutch plus English
