As Regional Vice President, Strategic Accounts, you'll own a curated portfolio of 6–7 of Europe's most prestigious financial institutions, including leading French and Italian banks. This is a role where relationships are everything: you bring the trust, the access, and the credibility that opens doors at the most senior levels. /p pYou’ll work closely with nCino's executive team, solutions engineers, and customer success colleagues to deliver transformative outcomes for institutions that are reshaping how banking works across Europe. /p pIf you've spent your career building deep relationships at Tier 1 European banks — and you're ready to bring that network to a company with a genuinely differentiated platform — this is the role you've been waiting for. /p h3What You'll Do /h3 ul liOwn and grow a named portfolio of 6–7 top-tier European banks, acting as the primary executive relationship holder across each account. /li liDevelop and execute strategic account plans that align nCino's platform capabilities to each institution's long-term transformation agenda. /li liBuild and maintain board- and C-suite-level relationships, navigating complex organisational structures with credibility and precision. /li liLead commercial negotiations and contract renewals, partnering with internal teams to structure deals that drive mutual value. /li liIdentify and progress expansion opportunities within existing accounts, collaborating with solutions engineering, professional services, and customer success. /li liRepresent nCino at senior industry forums, client events, and market-facing engagements across France, Belgium, and broader Europe. /li liFeed market and competitor intelligence back into nCino's product and strategy teams, helping shape our European roadmap. /li /ul h3Ideally, You’ll Have /h3 ul liEstablished, senior-level relationships at Tier 1 European banks — particularly within French and/or Italian institutions.
