Now that’s making a difference. /p pWe’re looking for an inspiring Senior Manager HR Transformation to join our People Transformation team within our Management Consulting department. /p h3Your impact /h3 ul liEstablishing and developing effective working client relationships within HR leaders. /li liBeing the key point of contact for your client network. /li liWorking hands‑on with clients on strategic topics in the areas of HR transformation, HR benchmarking, HR operating model HR processes. /li liLeveraging existing methodologies and developing new ones to help our clients based on their business needs. /li liCoaching staff by leveraging your expertise and people management skills. /li liInspiring your team and individuals to grow on the Belgian and international market. /li liWorking hand in hand with partners, directors and other managers to drive business development initiatives. /li liBeing responsible for the deliverables, reports and advice you will give with your team. /li liProactively develop yourself while having what you need at hand to grow into the people side of the business. /li /ul h3About you /h3 ul liMaster’s degree with minimum of 10 years' experience, including a strategic position either in the industry or in the consulting business. /li liStrong interest, expertise and experience in the HR side of the business. /li liLeadership, coaching and people management skills. /li liGood balance between an analytical mindset, creativity and structure. /li liAble to adapt to your audience easily. /li liAble to support, influence and coach people. /li liProactive, client‑oriented mindset. /li liAbility to process and derive insights from large amounts of data, using the appropriate tools. /li liAbility to transform challenges into opportunities. /li liExcellent communication skills. /li liEager to develop. /li liFluent in English and either Dutch or French; working knowledge of the other. /li /ul h3Life at PwC Belgium /h3 ul libFlexible work patterns /b: Achieve the perfect balance between office and home life with our flexible hybrid work arrangements and family‑friendly schemes. /li libLifelong learning /b: Grow with us!
