ppWe are looking for a bData Warehouse Reporting Developer /b for a key client based in bBelgium /b. /p ul liDevelopment and maintenance of a fully open-source Data Lakehouse. /li liDesign and development of data pipelines for scalable and reliable data workflows. /li liData integration from databases, APIs, data streaming services and cloud data platforms. /li liWriting modular, testable and production-grade code. /li liDocument processes comprehensively to ensure seamless data pipeline management and troubleshooting. /li liAssistance with deployment and configuration of the system and elaboration of test programs. /li /ul h3Specific Requirements /h3 ul liExtensive hands-on experience as bData Engineer /b or bData Architect /b in modern cloud-based open-source data platform solutions and on data analytics tools. /li liExcellent knowledge of bdata warehouse and/or data lakehouse /b design architecture. /li liExcellent knowledge of bopen-source, code-based data transformation tools /b such as bdbt, Spark Trino /b. /li liExcellent knowledge of bSQL /b and bPython /b. /li liGood knowledge of open-source orchestration tools such as bAirflow, Dagster /b or bLuigi /b. /li liExperience with bAI-powered assistants /b like bAmazon Q /b. /li liGood knowledge of event streaming platforms and message brokers like bKafka /b and bRabbitMQ /b. /li liExtensive experience in creating bend-to-end data pipelines /b and the bELT framework /b. /li /ul h3Nice to have: /h3 ul liUnderstanding of the principles behind storage protocols like bApache Iceberg /b or bDelta Lake /b. /li liProficiency with bKubernetes /b and bDocker/Podman /b. /li liGood knowledge of online analytical data processing (bOLAP /b) and data mining and modelling tools. /li /ul h3Location /h3 ul liBrussels, Belgium (On-site with teleworking) /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
