To help businesses optimize their processes and become more efficient, agile and competitive. /p pWe design, deliver, implement and support solutions within the Microsoft 365 technology stack, including Microsoft Copilot, but also other services like SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Planner, Power Platform, and increasingly: custom AI agents built on Azure and .NET. /p h3What will you be doing? /h3 ul libDesign and build AI agent solutions /b within complex enterprise architectures using .bNET and Azure /b /li libIntegrate AI capabilities /b (Azure OpenAI, Semantic Kernel) into existing business processes and systems /li liOwn the bfull stack around AI: /b data pipelines, APIs, authentication, monitoring, and deployment /li liNavigate enterprise constraints: on prem requirements, data residency, security policies, and compliance /li liCollaborate with architects and functional leads to translate business problems into technical solutions /li liChallenge requirements: ask "why are we building this?" before asking "how do we build this?" /li liMentor junior developers and contribute to our internal AI engineering practices /li liShare knowledge with other colleagues in communities and team meetings /li /ul h3Is there a match? /h3 h3Must have: /h3 ul lib5+ years of .NET development /b in enterprise environments /li liSolid bAzure experience: /b App Services, Functions, containerized workloads, or similar /li liProven track record with API design and integrations in complex landscapes /li liUnderstanding of CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and production operations /li liExperience working with enterprise clients and navigating organizational complexity /li liFluent in Dutch and English /li /ul h3Nice to have: /h3 ul liExposure to AI/ML in production /li liExperience with Azure OpenAI, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks /li liBackground in document processing, workflow automation, or conversational AI /li /ul h3Let’s meet up! /h3 pCome have a chat with us and tell us all about your skills, talents and previous experience.
