We work with enterprise and scale‑up partners across fintech, mobility, retail, and financial services – in complex, regulated, multi‑stakeholder environments. /p h3Location /h3 pBrussels (preferred) or Europe‑based, with regular on‑site presence (minimum once per month) /p h3Your Role /h3 pThe VP of Marketing Growth owns Qover's end‑to‑end marketing and growth agenda as part of the Revenue Team. This role sits at the intersection of brand, demand, pipeline generation, content creation and market presence, with a strong emphasis on execution, cross‑functional alignment and measurable impact. /p pYou'll lead an existing, autonomous marketing team, providing direction, prioritisation and clarity, while remaining personally involved in key initiatives. This is not a 'slide‑only' role: you're expected to be visible in the market, close to clients, partners and comfortable rolling up your sleeves when needed. /p h3Key responsibilities /h3 ul liTeam leadership operations ul liOwn Qover's marketing and communications positioning across brand, product marketing, PR and content /li liLead and develop a marketing team combining operational execution and strategic planning – setting clear objectives, performance metrics and operating cadence /li liManage resources and bandwidth, making informed trade‑offs when priorities compete /li liAct as a strong internal advocate for marketing and communications, ensuring clarity on value, impact and trade‑offs /li liProvide structure, prioritisation and focus to a team that already operates with a degree of independence /li /ul /li liMarketing communications leadership ul liDefine and execute Qover's B2B growth and marketing strategy aligned with company objectives and commercial priorities /li liOwn top‑of‑funnel and mid‑funnel performance of the marketing funnel, with clear contribution to pipeline and revenue outcomes /li liTranslate strategic priorities into concrete plans, KPIs and quarterly execution roadmaps /li liWork closely with sales and CSM to support enterprise deal cycles, partner launches, account expansion and retention /li /ul /li liGrowth revenue impact ul liDefine and execute Qover's B2B growth and marketing strategy aligned with company objectives and commercial priorities /li liOwn top‑of‑funnel and mid‑funnel performance of the marketing funnel, with clear contribution to pipeline and revenue outcomes /li liTranslate strategic priorities into concrete plans, KPIs and quarterly execution roadmaps /li liWork closely with Sales, Partnerships, and CSM to support enterprise deal cycles, partner launches, account expansion, and retention /li /ul /li liEvents market presence ul liTake ownership of Qover's event strategy, including flagship events, industry conferences and partner‑led initiativesBe personally comfortable representing Qover externally: on stage, in meetings and in market conversationsUse events as a structured growth lever, not just brand activity /li liData, KPIs cross‑functional collaboration ul liOwn marketing performance metrics, dashboards and reporting /li liBe fully comfortable with numbers, funnels and performance analysis /li liPartner closely with product, sales, CSM and revenue leadership team to ensure alignment and execution /li liCommunicate clearly and directly, with a pragmatic, no‑nonsense mindset /li /ul /li /ul h3Your Profile experience /h3 h3Must‑have /h3 ul liHands‑on B2B marketing experience across different roles and seniority levels /li liExperience in a scale‑up or fast‑growing B2B environment, ideally in fintech, insurtech or regulated industries /li liStrong understanding of growth levers, demand generation and pipeline contribution /li liExperience owning and executing event strategies /li liComfortable being highly visible externally and internally /li liStructured, organised and data‑driven; confident working with KPIs and performance metrics /li liDemonstrated experience managing and scaling a marketing team /li liStrong cross‑functional collaborator with clear, direct communication skills /li /ul h3Nice‑to‑have /h3 ul liActive presence on LinkedIn or other professional channels /li liExisting network in B2B SaaS, fintech or insurance ecosystems /li liBased locally or willing to travel regularly to the office long‑term /li /ul h3What success looks like (12–18 months) /h3 ul liA clear, repeatable growth and marketing engine aligned with Qover's commercial strategy /li liStronger market presence and brand consistency across channels /li liMeasurable contribution to pipeline and revenue /li liA focused, high‑performing marketing team with clear priorities and ownership /li liImproved cross‑functional execution between marketing, sales, product and operations /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liA flexible work environment: hybrid working schedule and the ability to work from anywhere one month per year /li liGenerous time off /li liGlobal WeWork subscription to work from any location or from our Qover‑dedicated space in Brussels (Rue du Commerce 31), which has a large terrace to enjoy team events /li liA positive company culture that values teamwork and taking initiative but also having fun, with regular social events /li liA collaborative and communal environment where everyone is welcomed, valued and accepted regardless of their nationality, gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, philosophical or political views, etc. /li liThe chance to work among entrepreneurial people, giving you the opportunity to learn and have a real impact at one of Europe’s fastest‑growing insurtechs /li /ul /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
