QA Automation Tester

pp Location: Brussels (Hybrid : 2 to 3 days on site per week) + Flanders /p pAre you passionate about digital quality and user experience? Do you enjoy understanding business needs and designing functional test scenarios that ensure stable, customer-oriented digital platforms? /p pAs part of ongoing digital transformation programs, we are looking for a QA Automation Tester to help ensure the functional quality of web and mobile platforms used by thousands of end users daily. /p pAs a QA Automation Test, you will support an agile delivery team in validating new functionalities through hands‑on testing, active participation in agile ceremonies, and close collaboration with business and technical stakeholders. You will focus on functional, UI, and integration testing, always keeping an eye on the end‑user journey. /p ul liAnalyze user stories, acceptance criteria, and business rules /li liCollaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Developers /li liWrite, organize, and execute test cases for functional, UI, and integration testing /li liEnsure comprehensive coverage of customer journeys across web and mobile channels /li liLog, document, and follow up on defects in test management tools (Jira, Xray, etc.) /li liEvaluate risks and potential business impact of bugs and recommend workarounds when needed /li liParticipate in sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, demos, and retrospectives /li liPrepare test environments and data sets in coordination with tech teams /li liContribute to regression test campaigns and UAT validations /li liPropose process improvements and help drive QA best practices within the team /li liIdentify opportunities for test automation (basic knowledge is a plus) /li /ul h3 /p
