Business Development Manager – EV Charging Location: Antwerp, Belgium Salary - €60,000 - €90,000 Depending on experience, Rewarding and competitive, Variable, Car/Allowance About the Role We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in EV charging solutions to drive growth in the Belgian and wider Benelux market. Based in Antwerp, you will play a key role in expanding our commercial footprint, building strategic partnerships, and accelerating the adoption of smart charging infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the EV charging ecosystem (CPOs, fleet operators, real estate, utilities, municipalities, and partners) Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing Develop strategic partnerships and long-term customer relationships Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments in e-mobility Work closely with technical, project, and marketing teams to deliver tailored customer solutions Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities Your Profile Proven experience in business development or sales within EV charging, e-mobility, energy, or infrastructure Strong understanding of AC/DC charging, charging networks, and related business models Excellent commercial and negotiation skills Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a results-oriented approach Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a strong plus) Willingness to travel within Belgium and the Benelux region What They Offer A key commercial role in a fast-growing and future-focused industry Competitive salary package with performance-based incentives Company car or mobility budget Opportunities for career growth and professional development A dynamic, international, and sustainability-driven work environment
