ph3Overview /h3 pFor more than 25 years, ITS Group has been a French specializing in digital transformation, employing around 1,400 employees across agencies in France and in Belgium. /p pOur expertise: IT infrastructure operations, cloud managed services, mobility, workstations networks, strategy, consulting cybersecurity, development of business applications. /p pITS Group places its commitment at the heart of its concerns by developing sustainable and responsible digital technology and by promoting the professional and personal development of its employees. /p pFind out more: /p h3Role Details /h3 pITS Group is supporting a major Asset Management client within the Globe Program and is responding to two RFPs for the same Global Operations Reporting team. /p pWe are therefore looking for Performance Attribution Specialists to support BAU activities and reporting transformation initiatives. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liEnsure timely production of performance attribution reports /li liStandardize production where possible and support the transfer to the Reporting Factory /li liFollow up and oversee the standard reporting production performed by the Reporting Factory (schedule, controls, quality) /li liAct as the internal point of contact for performance attribution reports /li liMonitor portfolio performance for assigned investment centers on a recurrent basis /li liIdentify performance discrepancies between similar portfolios /li liProduce performance attribution analyses explaining the impact of investment decisions /li liProvide value-added analysis linking risk areas to sources of outperformance /li liApply the defined control framework to ensure high-quality reporting /li liCoordinate with reporting teams and other stakeholders to implement new attributions or enhancements /li liSupport the Reporting Factory in issue resolution /li liProactively contribute to the resolution of pending issues to avoid operational blocking /li liEscalate critical issues to the team head when required /li liLog recurring issues and work jointly with data teams on long-term fixes /li liCommunicate operational risks and efficiency impacts to management /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul li3 to 5 years of experience. /li /ul h3Required Skills /h3 ul liStrong knowledge of financial products and transaction processing workflows /li liSolid experience in performance attribution / performance reporting /li liExcellent command of English /li liOther languages (French or Dutch) are a plus /li liGood knowledge of standard IT tools and reporting applications /li liProgramming skills are considered a plus /li liAnalytical mindset, strong attention to detail, and a quality-driven approach /li /ul h3Pay range and compensation package /h3 ul liLocation: Bruxelles (hybrid working model) /li liStart date: to be defined /li /ul h3Equal Opportunity Statement /h3 pWe are committed to diversity and inclusivity. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
