ph3Functional Service Consultant – SAP SuccessFactors /h3 pYour role focuses on implementing and maintaining SAP SuccessFactors solutions across diverse customers. You will apply your HRIS expertise to design and deliver enhancements, troubleshoot incidents, and collaborate closely with clients. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liReceive and analyze support tickets, diagnose and resolve incidents. /li liIdentify root causes of errors and evaluate new SuccessFactors features. /li liDesign and implement new functionalities tailored to client needs. /li liCollaborate with clients to build strong relationships and spot improvement opportunities. /li liDocument processes, configure system, conduct testing, and train end‑users. /li liAssist in workshops, blueprinting, and translating business requirements into technical specifications. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul li+3 years of HRIS experience, either as a key user or consultant. /li liProficient in Dutch, French, and English. /li liStrong communication skills, proactive attitude, customer‑oriented mindset. /li liDriver's licence and willingness to travel. /li liInterest in a broad range of HR processes from core to talent across sectors. /li /ul h3About the Team /h3 pAt delaware, you’ll work from our offices in Antwerp, Ghent, Kortrijk, Liège, Lummen, and Wavre, as well as from customer sites.
