As part of this strategic investment, they are strengthening their analytic and machine learning capabilities in customer analytic and operational optimisation.**Role Overview**As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing and deploying scalable machine learning solutions within a regulated banking environment. You will work closely with data scientists, data engineers, IT teams and business stakeholders to ensure that models are robust, production-ready and aligned with governance and security standards.**Key Responsibilities*** Design, develop and maintain end-to-end machine learning pipelines* Industrialise models from proof of concept to production environments* Deploy, monitor and optimise model performance in collaboration with IT and data teams* Contribute to the evolution of the data and AI architecture* Ensure compliance with internal governance policies and regulatory requirements**Profile*** Bachelor/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field* Minimum 2 years of experience in a Machine Learning Engineering or similar role* Strong proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch* Mandatory experience with at least one major cloud platform (GCP, AWS or Azure), including deployment and management of machine learning solutions in a cloud environment.* Solid understanding of MLOps principles and CI/CD practices* Experience working with large-scale datasets and distributed systems* Good knowledge of SQL and data engineering concepts* Professional fluency in English**Nice to Have*** Experience with Google Cloud Platform, particularly Vertex AI, BigQuery or Cloud Run* Previous experience within the banking or financial services sector
