Associate Director Site Maintenance

I am looking for an Associate Director to lead site maintenance teams on an exciting project based in Belgium on a 1-year interim basis.

Key requirements for this role: Ability to lead the full maintenance teams on-site, including direct leadership of the maintenance plant managers. Strong leadership and communication skills. 8+ year's experience of maintenance leadership Ability to work on-site 5 days a week in Belgium

Dutch language skills are strongly preferred for this position.
