Mission
Ensure accurate and compliant HR administrative management, with a central role in Hard HR and support to transversal HR projects. The position contributes to data quality, process efficiency, and a smooth employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the payroll process with external providers, ensuring the collection, verification, and submission of all monthly data (attendance, overtime, absences, allowances, benefits, premiums, bonuses), as well as quality checks, special calculations, and KPI reporting.
- Manage personnel administration: contracts, employee files, legal obligations, and HR system updates.
- Ensure legal compliance and adherence to internal procedures.
- Support HR projects related to digitalisation, process harmonisation, and continuous improvement, including payroll provider transition projects and indirect store processes.
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities, as well as administrative management of training.
- Assist the HR Manager in social relations and the handling of sensitive cases.
- Perform additional tasks related to the role according to operational needs.
Profile
- 4–5 years of experience in HR administration, with solid exposure to Hard HR.
- Strong command of data, controls, and legal requirements.
- Experience working with external payroll providers and ideally with payroll migration projects; knowledge of SD Worx is a plus.
- Strong organisational skills and professional communication.
- Good knowledge of French and Dutch.
- Sufficient command of English to interact with international stakeholders and manage corporate documentation.
