The Role
You will act as the
bridge between business teams and technical teams , playing a key role in understanding, prioritizing, and formalizing business requirements.
As part of this role, you will be responsible for:
Understanding, analyzing, and prioritizing business requirements while ensuring alignment with overall objectives
Writing clear and well-structured
user stories
and
functional specifications
Ensuring that proposed solutions optimally address the expressed needs
Working closely with all stakeholders (business, IT, managers, etc.)
Analyzing technical constraints and ensuring that solutions remain aligned with the capabilities of the existing infrastructure
Profile Sought
Holder of a
Master’s degree (Bac +5) , with a first successful experience as a
Business Analyst , ideally in an
Agile environment
Strong command of
BPMN
and /or
UML
and other modeling languages
Excellent ability to document
complex business requirements
Recognized for your
rigor ,
proactivity , and
analytical mindset
Ability to build trusted relationships, adapt quickly, and anticipate client needs through
active listening
Interview Process

Second interview
with a Manager – deeper discussion on on-the-ground challenges and mission-related stakes
