Role Overview

• We are looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist (ITSS) to join a high-level
• VIP support team within a prestigious institutional environment in Brussels.
• This role requires a strong service mindset, professionalism, discretion, and the
• ability to operate in a politically sensitive and high-visibility context. The consultant
• will provide first and second-line IT support to end users, including VIP stakeholders,
• ensuring premium service quality and rapid issue resolution.

Profile requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of IT support experience (1st & 2nd line)
• Strong Windows & Microsoft Office knowledge
• ITIL V4 Foundation (or willingness to obtain within 3 months)
• Fluent English & French.
• Comfortable working in a high-visibility VIP institutional environment
