Store Manager Location: Antwerp, Belgium Contract: Full-time / Permanent We are partnering with a luxury fashion house seeking an experienced and service-driven Store Manager to lead its boutique in Antwerp. This role offers the opportunity to work within a luxury retail environment defined by craftsmanship, attention to detail, and elevated client experience. As Store Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day performance of the boutique, ensuring exceptional client service, strong commercial results, and operational excellence in line with luxury standards. Sales & Commercial Performance • Drive store sales and achievement of commercial objectives • Ensure strong product knowledge across the team Boutique Standards & Operations • Oversee stock management, inventory accuracy, and daily operations • Ensure compliance with internal policies and retail guidelines Team Leadership & Development • Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing retail team • Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training • Experience in a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager role within luxury, premium, or high-end retail • Join a luxury retail business recognised for excellence • Lead a boutique in a key European retail destination • Due to high application volumes, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
