br /br /About the Opportunitybr /br /br /We are currently looking for a Project Coordinator - Industrial to support one of our key clients operating in a highly regulated and technologically advanced industrial environment.br /br /br /In the context of digital transformation and Manufacturing 4.0 initiatives, industrial and laboratory systems are becoming increasingly interconnected. This requires strong governance, structured lifecycle management, and close collaboration between IT, OT, engineering teams, and external vendors.br /br /br /The Project Coordinator - Industrial will play a key role in ensuring that industrial IT systems are implemented and maintained in alignment with defined governance frameworks, security standards, and operational excellence principles.br /br /br /Role Overviewbr /br /br /The Project Coordinator will act as a governance and compliance facilitator within industrial system implementation projects. The role ensures that IT and OT standards, security requirements, and lifecycle controls are properly applied throughout all project phases.br /br /br /This position requires strong coordination capabilities, structured thinking, and experience working in complex industrial or manufacturing environments.br /br /br /Key Responsibilitiesbr /br /br /Governance Coordinationbr /br /br /br /br /br /br /Ensure the correct application of the Industrial IT governance framework within projectsbr /br /br /br /br /br /Develop and maintain project accelerators (templates, documentation, tracking tools, reporting dashboards)br /br /br /br /br /br /Coordinate with IT, OT, security, engineering, and business stakeholdersbr /br /br /br /br /br /Gather and consolidate required inputs for compliant system implementationbr /br /br /br /br /br /Monitor progress, risks, and alignment with governance processesbr /br /br /br /br /br /Report status, issues, and performance to IT and Delivery Managementbr /br /br /br /br /Compliance Implementation Oversightbr /br /br /br /br /br /br /Assess project work packages for compliance with industrial IT standardsbr /br /br /br /br /br /Communicate technical and governance requirements to internal teams and external suppliersbr /br /br /br /br /br /Support partners in addressing compliance gapsbr /br /br /br /br /br /Prepare recommendations for governance and decision boardsbr /br /br /br /br /br /Collaborate with procurement and legal teams to ensure contractual alignment with technical requirementsbr /br /br /br /br /br /Contribute to the drafting of Design Specifications to support qualification and validation activitiesbr /br /br /br /br /Required Skills Experiencebr /br /br /Educationbr /br /br /Bachelor#39;s or Master#39;s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Biosciences, or a related field.br /br /br /Experiencebr /br /br /br /br /br /br /Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT and/or OT environmentsbr /br /br /br /br /br /Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or highly regulated environmentsbr /br /br /br /br /br /Knowledge of IT OT infrastructure servicesbr /br /br /br /br /br /Understanding of industrial cybersecurity principlesbr /br /br /br /br /br /Experience in coordinating system implementations (at least two documented project examples)br /br /br /br /br /br /Exposure to vendor assessment and third-party coordinationbr /br /br /br /br /br /Experience in change coordination within complex landscapesbr /br /br /br /br /Core Competenciesbr /br /br /br /br /br /br /Strong structured and analytical mindsetbr /br /br /br /br /br /Excellent stakeholder communication skillsbr /br /br /br /br /br /Ability to work independently in complex environmentsbr /br /br /br /br /br /Strong coordination and organizational capabilitiesbr /br /br /br /br /br /Change management awarenessbr /br /br /br /br /br /Results-oriented with focus on operational excellencebr /br /br /br /br /br /Resilient and comfortable in evolving environmentsbr /br /br /br /br /br /Fluent in English (written and spoken)br /br /br /br /br /Practical Informationbr /br /br /br /br /br /br /Full-time missionbr /br /br /br /br /br /On-site presence required at a major industrial site in Brainebr /br /br /br /br /br /Partial remote work possible (up to 1 day per week, depending on project phase)br /br /
