The Role Are you a data-driven marketer who thrives on creating meaningful brand experiences, while turning our Vikings into true brand fans? At Mobile Vikings, we’re looking for a Loyalty & Growth Marketing Specialist who will be at the heart of our efforts to create seamless, engaging experiences for our existing customers — ensuring that they feel recognized, valued, and delighted at every step of their Viking journey.

Your main responsibilities would be Turning Vikings into promoters

– Create programs and campaigns from scratch that make customers genuinely proud to be a Viking, by giving them reasons to stay and spread the word. Enhancing customer journeys

– Identify and improve key moments in the customer lifecycle to make every experience smoother, more personal, and more rewarding. Elevating product launches

– Work alongside product marketeers to bring new mobile and internet-at-home products to market and highlight new and existing features in ways that resonate with our community. Driving cross-sell campaigns

– Develop smart, creative campaigns that encourage customers to explore more of what Mobile Vikings has to offer. Analyze & Optimize:

Partner with the insights and product team to measure the impact of our loyalty strategies and use data-driven experiments to drive continuous improvement. And above all…make our customers proud Vikings!

Who Who’s a

creative, hands-on marketer

who brings clarity and structure to campaigns, and isn’t afraid to take the lead. Who has

3-5 years of experience

in CRM, performance marketing or marketing automation, ideally with tools like HubSpot. Who can think and act on both

tactical and conceptual levels , while switching seamlessly between

helicopter view and hands-on execution , translating strategy into meaningful, high-impact actions. Who

identifies opportunities independently, takes ownership , and drives initiatives forward without waiting for someone to point the way. Who thrives on

insights, testing and optimization , with a hunger to learn and experiment. Who loves collaborating in a

dynamic, team-driven culture . Who’s excited to
