Freelance SAP Support Engineer

Freelance SAP support Engineer (EWM rollout)

Location: Zaventem (4 days per week on-site)

Contract Length: 12 months

About the role

A leading manufacturing company in Zaventem is seeking a Freelance SAP Support Engineer to join their team for a major EWM rollout project. You will play a key role in supporting approximately 400 end users, ensuring smooth business operations by resolving incidents, unblocking processes, and providing Level 1 SAP support across multiple functional areas.

This role is ideal for someone early in their SAP career who wants to deepen their expertise in a dynamic, hands-on environment.

Key responsibilities

Provide Level 1 SAP Support for end users across the business (approx. 400 users)

Respond to, troubleshoot, and resolve SAP incidents in a timely manner

Support the EWM rollout project, ensuring business continuity during deployment

Unblock business processes and escalate issues when necessary

Document incidents, resolutions, and process updates

Required skills & experience

2-5 years of SAP experience (applications exceeding 5+ years will not be considered)

Experience in one or more SAP modules: MM, SD, EWM, or IBP

Strong understanding of SAP support processes and incident management

English proficiency required; French is a strong bonus
