Project Overview - Client is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant to support training and go-live activities at their Belgium location.
Duration: Approximately 4 months
Industry: Recycling / Circular Economy
Language Requirement: French (Mandatory – Native or Excellent proficiency)
Role & Responsibilities
1. Environment Assessment
Understand and analyze the current D365 F&O setup at the client site.
Review configurations, finance processes, and any customizations/integrations.
Gain sufficient system knowledge before delivering training.
2. End-User Training
Provide functional training to a finance team of 6 end users.
Train users on day-to-day finance operations within D365 F&O.
Deliver training in French.
Training may be partially or fully onsite.
3. Go-Live Support
Support two planned go-lives:
~1st June
~1st July
~ Assist with system stabilization post go-live.
~ Guide users in day-to-day operations after go-live.
~ Ensure smooth transition and minimal business disruption.
4. Engagement Model
Primarily onsite role (presence expected at client location).
Consultant may be required onsite at least once per week or as required.
Client interview mandatory before final selection.
