As a Customer Manager, you join our Services & Support team for Belgium and play a key role in customer success. you are a trusted partner, helping customers structure their reporting, adopt the solution successfully and continuously improve how they manage their business. You guide customers through the implementation and evolution of EMAsphere, helping them get the most value from the platform. You work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey, from onboarding to long-term success. Analyse the customer's current situation and understand their business needs. Train & support customers Train customers to become real EMAsphere champions. Prepare and maintain training materials and documentation. Provide functional support when needed and ensure a high-quality customer experience. Support the Sales team and partners during the sales process (product positioning, key benefits, demos). Help prospects understand how EMAsphere can bring value to their organisation. Share customer feedback and field experience with the Product & Development teams. Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting, management reporting or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in implementing financial software, management control, reporting or financial analysis. Fluent in Dutch and English. Customer-oriented, team player, but also able to work autonomously.
