Crypto Community Growth Specialist

Astropoint.io is seeking a Crypto Community Growth Specialist based in Belgium. As part of our growing community team, you will be responsible for supporting the expansion of our ecosystem's reach, increasing engagement across Discord and Telegram, and driving community-centric initiatives that help Web3 users interact more meaningfully with our protocols.

In this role, you'll work closely with product and marketing teams to create and moderate events, collect community feedback, help refine onboarding flows, and support both new and experienced users in the Belgian community. You'll be the primary local voice for our community, fostering trust and engagement.

The ideal candidate is passionate about crypto, enjoys interacting with diverse audiences, is highly organized, and has a basic understanding of blockchain communities.

What you'll do:

• Support and moderate community channels (Discord, Telegram, etc.)
• Organize community events and meetups
• Coordinate with product teams on feature feedback
• Track engagement metrics and prepare weekly summaries

Must-have:

• Previous experience in community growth or support
• Strong written and verbal communication

Exclusions:

This is NOT a paid acquisition or product management role.

Location: Belgium (must be resident)

• Salary: ~€45,000 – €55,000 EUR per year
