Your Team in a Nutshell
You’ll be joining the RewardFlex team to be the main internal reference for HR & Legal topics related to
RewardFlex products
and their commercialization. We work cross-functionally and support Monizze’s ambition to grow sustainably, with a strong culture of collaboration and ownership.
The Legal Lead is responsible for providing the legal framework, risk analysis and regulatory guidance needed for product and business teams to make informed decisions.
What You’ll Do
Legal framework & product guidance
Define and maintain the legal and regulatory framework applicable to RewardFlex solutions.
Assess legal feasibility of product evolutions and provide clear recommendations.
Identify regulatory risks, grey zones and opportunities.
Formalize Monizze’s legal positions, in collaboration with external experts when needed.
Provide structured legal input and constraints to Product teams to support compliant product design.
Flag areas requiring additional validation (external counsel, rulings, etc.).
Business enablement & knowledge sharing
Translate regulatory complexity into clear, usable business and operational guidance.
Maintain HR & Legal reference positions for internal teams.
Create and maintain training content, legal guidelines and knowledge base.
Support continuous improvement of commercial and operational materials.
Expert support for Sales, clients & partners
Act as senior HR & Legal reference for complex client cases.
Support Sales, GTM and Product Specialists on strategic deals (especially mid-market).
Join client discussions when deeper regulatory analysis is required.
Support HR & Legal validation during partner onboarding.
Contribute to partner model structuring from an HR & Legal perspective.
