Experienced Transaction Advisor . This
Belgian Advisory firm , specialized in Transaction, Transformation, Business & Commercial Strategy and Tax, might be the right fit for you. Transaction Advisory
team. You will guide different clients through their milestone decisions related to
M&A, valuations and financial due diligence
(buy- and sell-side).
Becoming part of the Transaction team, LDS gives you hands-on exposure to
diverse assignments ,
expanding your experience
and shaping you into a highly skilled knowledgeable transaction advisor. You will advise and guide clients in different types of
M&A projects focussing on financial due diligence
(buy- and sell-side), valuations, for both private equity firms and corporate organizations. You
manage
the
end-to-end project delivery
in close collaboration with the client. You perform and review
financial analyses
to identify and assess key deal drivers, value considerations, opportunities and risks. You
synthesize complex financial data
into clear, actionable reports and insights. By
collaborating
with other LDS teams (tax, transformation, strategy) you offer complete and integrated solutions to the client. You act as a
sparring partner to C-level stakeholders
and
investment professionals. You ensure deadlines, deliverables, and expectations stay aligned throughout each assignment. You will
mentor and guide
junior colleagues by sharing your knowledge and expertise.
You hold a University degree ideally in Finance, Economics or a related field. You bring 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in (a combination of) corporate finance, financial due diligence, transactions or business controlling. Numbers are in your nature and Excel & PowerPoint hold no secrets to you. You have a proactive, pragmatic mindset and you take responsibility. You are resilient and like to work in a high-performing and dynamic environment. Regardless of how experienced you are, you are always keen to learn whether it be on the job or through specific training. You have solid communication skills at all levels and you are fluent in English and Dutch or English and French. Last but not least: you have a sense of humor and you like to connect with colleagues in a dynamic environment.
