a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

to oversee equipment reliability at our Nivelles site, while closely collaborating with the technical department.

As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, your responsibilities will include: Ensuring the proper functioning of mechanical installations within your area of responsibility. Diagnosing technical issues and proposing sustainable solutions. Prioritizing maintenance interventions based on operational needs. Developing and adjusting preventive and curative maintenance plans. Supervising the logistical management of critical spare parts essential for optimal operations. Managing external contractors to ensure the quality of completed work. Contributing to technical documentation and sharing best practices within the team.

About you: Master degree in engineering or equivalent expertise acquired through experience. At least 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance management. In-depth knowledge of industrial mechanics, complemented by proficiency in hydraulics or electromechanics. Familiarity with continuous industrial processes or connected technologies is a plus. Experience with analytical tools such as FMEA or Ishikawa is an asset. Organized, adaptable, and equipped with excellent interpersonal skills. Proficiency in French and English.
