Clinical Research Associate

🚨 CRA I / CRA II – Belgium

I’m supporting a growing, well-established CRO with the hire of a CRA I / CRA II in Belgium. This is a full-scope CRA role covering activities across the study lifecycle, with responsibility for up to two protocols and a manageable visit load (typically 6–8 per month).

Responsibilities:

• Contract negotiation and site start-up activities (SSU)

• Site selection, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits

• Responsibility for assigned protocols from start-up through to close-out

• Ensuring compliance with ICH-GCP and local regulations

• Building and maintaining strong site relationships

Requirements:

• Previous CRA experience within a CRO or pharmaceutical environment

• Independent monitoring experience (CRA I or CRA II level)

• Strong understanding of ICH-GCP and clinical trial processes

• Ability to manage sites autonomously and take ownership of studies

• Fluency in both Dutch and French, with strong English skills
