Wat ga je doen?

• You contribute to the business development of the Africa Region.
• You will commercially develop and quote Africa projects.
• You manage your team’s performance in order to achieve the defined KPIs.
• You are responsible for handling and distributing all required documents and reports to the shipping area.
• You prepare complete quotations for LCL/FCL/RORO/Breakbulk shipments, including door-to-door solutions (commercial cargo only) (Export 99% & Cross-trade 1%).
• You take operational ownership of certain Key Accounts & Projects from A to Z.

Wie ben jij?

• You have solid experience in freight forwarding within Sea Freight. Knowledge of Africa is a strong plus.
• You succeed in motivating and inspiring employees to achieve the expected results together.
• You are a strong communicator and are able to make well-considered and well-founded decisions.
• You have strong adaptability and see change as an opportunity rather than a burden.
• You have a good command of Dutch, English, and French, both spoken and written.
