The Role

We are looking for a curious, analytical Business Analyst who wants to be part of this global shift. You won't just be "crunching numbers" - you will work directly with partners to architect the financial and operational blueprints that make these transformations possible. Key Responsibilities 

• Client Project Support: Assist in the delivery of workshops using our proprietary methodology. You will gather data on competitors and industry trends, manage digital tools during sessions, and summarize high-level strategic discussions. 
• Market & Financial Analysis: Conduct research and benchmarking on "pay-per-use" models. You will analyze data to identify trends that inform pricing, revenue recognition, and monetization strategies. 
• Sustainability & Circular Economy: Explore business models that extend product lifecycles. You will document ESG benefits and help clients align their service strategies with global sustainability goals. 
• Subscription Business Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Ops) to translate complex requirements into functional specifications for contract management and outcome-based pricing. 
• Knowledge Management: Contribute to internal resources, whitepapers, and client guides on servitization and industry-best practices. 

What We’re Looking For 

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or Sustainability. 
• Experience: 2-5 years in business analysis, consulting, or financial modeling. Exposure to product-heavy sectors (MedTech, Energy, Industrial Equipment) is highly advantageous. 
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. We value candidates who are comfortable using AI tools and modern research platforms to drive efficiency. 
• Soft Skills: Strong written and verbal communication in English. You should be a proactive thinker who takes initiative to clarify tasks and challenge assumptions when necessary. 
• Mindset: A genuine curiosity for how different industries work and a desire to build more sustainable business models. 
• Location Flexibility: We are a remote-first team. You can work from anywhere in Europe, or join us at our Brussels office if you prefer a physical workspace. We value outcomes over where you happen to be sitting.
