🚀 Expert IT Project Manager – Security & Infrastructure Transformation

📍 Brussels (Hybrid)

We are looking for a highly experienced IT Project Manager to lead a strategic security and infrastructure transformation program focused on NIS2 compliance and the implementation of SECaaS2.

This is a high-impact role within a complex enterprise environment.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Tenant Separation Program (Top Priority)

Lead the full exit from a shared cloud tenant environment prior to onboarding into SECaaS2.

Objectives:

• Establish a dedicated Microsoft tenant structure
• Decouple all identities and dependencies from the shared environment
• Ensure minimal impact on users and business continuity
• Enable a compliant, future-proof identity & security architecture

2️⃣ SECaaS2 Implementation

Act as the client-side Project Manager overseeing implementation by an external partner.

Goals:

• Deploy an integrated Security & MDR platform aligned with NIS2
• Transition operational security activities (monitoring, detection, MDR) to a specialized provider
• Build a scalable, modern security architecture aligned with the new identity model

3️⃣ Additional Infrastructure & Security Projects

Contribute to or lead initiatives such as:

• Network segmentation
• MFA / IGA selection
• SCCM to Intune migration
• Data anonymization & classification

🎯 Required Experience

Project Management (Expert Level)

• 10+ years managing complex IT infrastructure projects
• 10+ years working with Prince2 (or equivalent)
• Strong stakeholder & vendor management experience

Security & Cloud

• Experience with cloud/tenant migrations
• Strong knowledge of Azure AD / Entra ID (identity & tenant architecture)
• Understanding of NIS2

Infrastructure Knowledge

• Network architecture & segmentation
• VMware / Hyper-V
• SCCM / Intune
• SAN environments

Data & Privacy

• GDPR concepts
• Data anonymization or classification

🌍 Languages

• Fluent in English
• Native Dutch or French
