IT Support Engineer

IT Support Engineer Functieomschrijving We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for providing on-site and remote IT support to end users. Main responsibilities include: - Installing and configuring laptops, desktops and peripheral devices - Providing first-line and second-line support to users - Troubleshooting hardware and software issues - Installing and updating operating systems and applications - Managing user accounts and access rights - Assisting with network connectivity issues - Preparing and deploying new devices - Documenting incidents and solutions in the ticketing system The ideal candidate should be proactive, solution-oriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Profiel - - Proven experience in IT support or related field - Knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common office software - Basic networking skills - Experience with depot tasks, including laptop handling, physical stock management, and mobile phone activation - Configuring PCs and printers in a warehouse environment - Strong problem-solving and communication skills - Ability to work independently and in a team - Proficiency in English and Dutch Aanbod Competitive salary based on experience.
