About the Role

As an Infrastructure & Platform Manager, you will provide technical and operational leadership across infrastructure engineering and operations. You will ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of complex platforms spanning AWS, Kubernetes, and Microsoft enterprise technologies, while aligning with EU regulations and organizational standards.

Responsibilities

• Act as the authority for infrastructure and platform security, ensuring compliance with EU regulations, cybersecurity frameworks, and corporate policies

• Define and enforce security baselines, IAM strategies, modern authentication, and privileged access controls

• Drive DevSecOps adoption, automated security checks, and security-by-design practices

• Oversee resilience through backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning

• Manage infrastructure availability, performance, scalability, and secure deployments across AWS and Microsoft workloads

• Define governance processes, documentation standards, and practices aligned with ITIL and PM² • Plan budgets, resources, and modernization roadmaps for infrastructure and security improvements

• Represent infrastructure and security topics in steering committees, audits, and governance bodies

• Lead and mentor cross-domain engineering teams (cloud + Microsoft stack)

Required Experience

• 10+ years of IT infrastructure experience, including cybersecurity, cloud, and Microsoft enterprise platforms (Windows Server, Active Directory, IIS, SQL Server, Dynamics, SharePoint)

• 5+ years leading technical teams or projects across multiple domains

• 4+ years applying DevSecOps practices, automation, and CI/CD in regulated environments

• Experience with security frameworks, IAM, and modern authentication protocols

• Strong automation and scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, Ansible, Terraform)

• Proven experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and hybrid Microsoft environments

• Fluent in English

Certifications (Required)

• Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate OR Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM or ERP) and AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional
