Level: Principal Consultant / Manager – Experienced Level
Required Experience: 8–12 years of IAM experience with a specialization in Workforce IAM
Main Responsibilities:
Operational lead for the WIAM workstream. Managing the assessment of the current state (as-is), co-designing the target WIAM state, defining evolution scenarios, developing the migration roadmap and methodology, producing RFP deliverables for the WIAM scope. Leading technical workshops and stakeholder interviews with business and IT teams.
Mandatory Skills:
- Deep expertise in IAM / IGA market solutions: SailPoint, Saviynt, One Identity, Microsoft Entra ID, Okta
- Experience with JML (Joiner/Mover/Leaver) processes and access governance
- Knowledge of authentication and federation protocols: SAML, OIDC, SCIM, LDAP, Kerberos
- Proven experience in IAM maturity assessment and reference architecture design
- Expertise in role modeling (RBAC, ABAC) and access policy design
- Experience in multi-entity environments resulting from mergers and acquisitions
- Ability to handle specific use cases for non-desk users (blue-collar, frontline workers)
- Excellent workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills / Certifications:
- CISSP, CISM, CISA, or vendor certifications (SailPoint, Okta)
- Experience with Zero Trust Architecture
- Knowledge of industrial / OT environments
