About the Role:


Are you an experienced commercial leader who wants more than just a classic sales leadership role? Craftview is looking for a Country Manager Benelux (m/f/d) to lead the commercial development of two established software businesses in the region:

Plenion (Belgium) and Gilde Software (Netherlands).


This is a high-impact leadership role with responsibility for go-to-market strategy, growth, profitability, and team development across Benelux.


We are looking for someone who combines experience in:

  • strong sales leadership,
  • P&L ownership,
  • and driving organizational development and commercial excellence.


Your Responsibilities:


  • Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for Plenion and Gilde
  • Drive revenue growth and profitability across the Benelux region
  • Improve margins at Gilde (reseller business) through stronger pricing and commercial steering
  • Scale Plenion’s sales team and strengthen the consulting organization
  • Support a successful transition from founder-led commercial leadership at Plenion
  • Lead and develop teams across Belgium and the Netherlands
  • Professionalize pipeline management, forecasting, KPIs, and sales processes
  • Work closely with marketing, consulting, and delivery to enable profitable growth


Your Profile:


  • Several years of experience in a senior commercial leadership role (e.g. Country Manager, Commercial Director, Sales Director, CSO, GM with commercial focus)
  • Proven P&L / business performance responsibility
  • Strong background in ERP, SaaS, or B2B software
  • Experience in go-to-market strategy, pricing, margin management, and sales excellence
  • Experience with partner/reseller models is a plus
  • Strong people leadership and organizational development skills
  • Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and execution-focused
  • Fluent Dutch and English
  • Based in Belgium or the Netherlands (both are welcome)
