Senior Planning Analytics Consultant

A leading consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Planning Analytics Consultant to strengthen its teams in Belgium and the Netherlands. The role focuses on delivering end‑to‑end TM1 projects and supporting a broad range of customers with high‑quality planning and analytics solutions.

The consultant will ideally take responsibility for the full project lifecycle—from gathering requirements and designing models to guiding colleagues through implementations, conducting training and ensuring effective aftercare.

The successful candidate should bring strong functional and technical TM1 capability, together with excellent communication skills and the confidence to engage with customers directly. Though focused in Planning Analytics, the role offers opportunities to work with broader analytics and AI‑related tools within the IBM ecosystem.

Key Skills & Experience

• 4 plus years experience with TM1 / IBM Planning Analytics
• Ability to lead projects end‑to‑end, including requirements, model design, build, training and aftercare.
• Strong communication and client‑facing skills, with the ability to run workshops and manage stakeholders effectively.
• Comfortable mentoring colleagues and supporting project teams during delivery
• Based in (or willing to relocate to) Belgium or the Netherlands, with flexibility for regular on‑site presence. (Preference for European based candidates)
