Supply Chain Data & Insights Lead

Drylock Technologies is strengthening its headquarters Supply Chain team with a Supply Chain Data & Insights Lead. In this role, you will drive practical, high‑impact data solutions that directly support our core operational processes.

About the Role

As Supply Chain Data & Insights Lead, you are the hands‑on data expert in the Group Supply Chain team. You turn raw data into concrete, usable insights that support day‑to‑day operations and long‑term improvements. You will build dashboards, connect datasets, validate data models, and design tools that help our teams make faster, better decisions.

This role is not about theoretical analytics — it’s about practical results: creating usable reports, addressing issues in the organization, and ensuring that data directly supports key business needs.

You will collaborate closely with colleagues across Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, IT, and occasionally visit our production plants to understand the processes firsthand and translate operational challenges into actionable data solutions.

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop practical, high‑value dashboards and reports that support day‑to‑day Supply Chain operations.
  • Connect data sources, ensure data consistency, and maintain reliable information flows.
  • Validate and optimize data models used for planning, forecasting, logistics, customer service, and operations.
  • Drive automation initiatives that remove manual work and improve response speed.
  • Support local plants directly through on‑site visits, data deep‑dives, and operational reviews.
  • Translate business challenges into clear, simple technical specifications for IT.
  • Identify system improvements and support the implementation of digital tools through hands‑on testing.
  • Improve master data and transactional data quality, with a focus on real operational impact.
  • Develop reporting standards that are simple, scalable, and aligned with Drylock’s pragmatic DNA.
  • Act as a catalyst in digital transformation projects across the global supply chain.
  • Support the implementation of new technologies (AI, machine learning, …) and represent Supply Chain in those projects.
  • Enable people to work smarter through data: train, coach, and guide operational and office teams in using new reporting tools, dashboards, and data processes, ensuring strong adoption, practical understanding, and measurable impact.
  • Based in Zele (Belgium) and reporting to the Group Supply Chain Director.
