Functional/Technical ServiceNow Governance, Risk & Compliance Consultant

Location : Brussels

Languages : French or Dutch, and English

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs related to Governance, Risk Management, Compliance, Policy Management, and Internal Controls.
• Design and configure ServiceNow GRC/IRM solutions, including:
• Risk assessments
• Policy and compliance management
• Control testing
• Automated control test instance creation
• Remediation workflows
• Implement integrations with third-party content providers to standardize GRC content across applications.
• Support process optimization, automation, and best practices to ensure organizational integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare functional and technical documentation, including requirements, design specifications, configurations, and test scripts.
• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, data imports, and workflow automation.
• Conduct workshops, end-user training, and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Leverage resources such as IRM Fundamentals, IRM Simulator, and other ServiceNow enablement materials to support solution development and continuous improvement.
• Ensure alignment between GRC processes, security, compliance frameworks, and organizational governance standards.

Profile

Medior Consultant

• At least 2 projects involving ServiceNow GRC/IRM (can be with the same client).
• Strong understanding of risk management, controls, and compliance concepts.
• Experience in functional analysis and configuration on the ServiceNow platform.

Senior Consultant

• Minimum 4 completed GRC/IRM projects (can be with the same client).
• Proven experience leading workshops, designing GRC architectures, and managing multi-module implementations.
• Ability to act as a trusted advisor to business and IT stakeholders.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of Governance, Risk Management, Compliance, and Internal Control frameworks.
• Functional and technical understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities.
• Familiarity with policy management, risk scoring, control frameworks, audit management, and regulatory mapping.
• Experience with content integrations and workflow orchestration in ServiceNow.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in French and/or Dutch, with a good command of English.
