DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?

• Fluent in Dutch or French and English.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (or willing to obtain within the first month).
• Client-oriented attitude, excellent communication (written and oral).
• Tech-savvy and eager to learn new technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Autonomy to handle tasks from requirement analysis to validation, within defined methods and frameworks.
• Entrepreneurial and creative mindset, able to challenge the status quo.

• Interested in cloud platforms and data-powered digital transformation.
• Experience with agile delivery and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Miro, Lucidchart).
• Salesforce certifications are a strong plus.

Your responsibilities as a Functional Consultant:

• Drive and challenge business requirements gathering sessions.
• Act as a liaison between business and development teams to transform requirements into Salesforce.com working features.
• For each requirement, advise clients with the optimum solution (standard, AppExchange, or custom).
• Document user stories and ensure ownership across their full lifecycle — from workshop to tested, configured solution.
• Develop and maintain processes to continuously monitor data quality.
• Create training material and documentation for Salesforce.com users, and train new end-users (train-the-trainer approach).
• Create and document the testing strategy (following industry best practices) and coordinate test execution.
• Deliver informative, well-organized demos to business teams.
• Suggest process improvements within your area of activity and support continuous innovation.
• Provide guidance and support to less experienced colleagues when needed.
