🔐 Privileged Access Management (PAM) Lead

We’re hiring a PAM Lead to own and drive the (Remote) Privileged Access Management strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement in a large enterprise environment, with a strong focus on CyberArk.

Key responsibilities

• End-to-end ownership of the (R)PAM process and roadmap (AS-IS → TO-BE)
• Lead design/implementation/optimization of PAM solutions (CyberArk)
• Define controls aligned with security & compliance requirements
• Drive adoption and change management across business/IT/security
• Set KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting
• Support risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations

Profile

• 5+ years in Cyber Security with strong PAM/RPAM focus
• Proven CyberArk experience (design/deploy/ops/architecture)
• Nice to have: Citrix, Azure Entitlement Packages, Azure PIM
• Strong stakeholder, communication, and project/change management skills
• Fluent English + Dutch or French
