ServiceNow GRC Business Analyst (Contractor) | Brussels | Financial Services

We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst to support a major financial services client in Brussels.

This is a contracting opportunity within a highly regulated enterprise environment, supporting the evolution of ServiceNow Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) applications.

Scope

You will act as the interface between business stakeholders, internal IT teams and an external ServiceNow delivery partner. The role includes Business Analysis responsibilities as well as delegated Product Owner activities (backlog steering, prioritisation, delivery follow-up).

Responsibilities

• Gather and structure complex business requirements
• Translate requirements into actionable ServiceNow specifications
• Manage and refine the GRC backlog
• Prioritise based on regulatory and business impact
• Coordinate with outsourced delivery partner
• Ensure governance alignment and compliance traceability
• Support sprint execution and release planning

Requirements

• Senior-level Business Analyst background (5+ years)
• Proven hands-on experience with ServiceNow
• Direct experience with ServiceNow GRC modules
• Experience in regulated environments (financial services, banking, insurance)
• Experience working in outsourced/vendor delivery models
• Ability to work on-site in Brussels in a hybrid model
• Fluent English

Nice to Have

• Previous Product Owner support experience
• Experience in large-scale enterprise transformation programmes
