Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Officer to support day-to-day operational activities while ensuring service quality, business continuity, and customer satisfaction. The role involves operational control, issue management, reporting, and stakeholder coordination in a dynamic financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure day-to-day operational support and controls
- Provide ad hoc support for operational and project-related activities
- Manage incidents, issues, and reporting activities
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure business continuity and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Contribute to operational improvements and process efficiency
Required Experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in operations or support roles
- Experience working in structured corporate environments (financial services preferred)
Technical Requirements (Mandatory)
- Strong expertise in MS Office Suite
- Familiarity with various IT tools and operational systems
- Ability to manage reporting and documentation efficiently
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (mandatory)
Language Requirements
- Dutch: Native
- French: Native
- English: Good working proficiency
