🎯 Mission Context

We are looking for a Copilot Adoption Specialist to drive the day-to-day adoption, usage, and continuous improvement of Copilot solutions.

This role sits at the crossroads of technology, user experience, training, and community management — with a strong focus on empowering end users and maximizing business value from Copilot.

🔎 Your Responsibilities

👥 Copilot Adoption & Community Management

• Build, manage, and animate user communities around Copilot solutions.
• Foster engagement through regular communications, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Act as a visible ambassador and key point of contact for Copilot within the organization.

🎓 User Enablement & Training

• Design and deliver tailored training sessions and workshops for different user profiles.
• Share practical use cases, tips & tricks, and best practices.
• Continuously improve onboarding materials and learning paths.

🛠 User Support & Operational Follow-up

• Provide day-to-day functional support.
• Identify recurring adoption barriers and propose improvement actions.

🔬 Product Watch, Testing & Recommendations

• Monitor Copilot roadmap and feature evolution.
• Test new functionalities.
• Produce structured reports with recommendations, use cases, risks, and adoption value.

📚 Prompt Library Management

• Design and maintain a centralized prompt library.
• Curate, test, and document high-value prompts aligned with business needs.
• Encourage community contributions while ensuring quality standards.

📊 License Management & Adoption Insights

• Support license monitoring and optimization.
• Ensure effective usage aligned with strategic priorities.

🎓 Profile & Experience

Education

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical field (preferred).

🤝 Soft Skills

• Autonomous and proactive mindset
• Strong client orientation and experience working with business stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities

🖥 Technical Expertise (Mandatory– 5–8 years of experience)

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Copilot systems
• Active technological watch on Copilot products

➕ Nice to Have (2–5 years of experience)

• AI development skills : Azure OpenAI, RAG, Azure AI Foundry, PP AI Builder, Azure AI Search
• Familiar with the insurance world
